Due to the pandemic, people now prefer to order their needs and wants through an online marketplace. However, social media is a broad platform where there are threats that can harm us. One example of threats in media and information is Customer Scams . We get excited when we see sales and low-priced products, yet this can lead us to scams and fraud. We should always keep in mind that if it's too good to be true, it could be a bad sign. If something is sketchy when you want to order online such as the mode of payment and rate, you should always consider customer ratings, reviews, and testimonials. When there are enough online reviews, it reduces your risk of making a poor purchase. Moreover, if the store has good ratings and adequate information, then it means it's credible and authentic.
